They were out of candles for bday celebration but everything else was perfect

Seated promptly. Appetizer of deviled eggs was perfectly seasoned. Our meals were delicious (2 chicken dishes, 1 shrimp & salmon, 1 garlic & thyme sirloin). Sides came out exactly as requested. Crème brûlée cheesecake was delicious. Problem arose when the bill was presented and we found we were “up-charged” for our drinks. Waiter did not ask - he just charged us for top tier alcohol. So drinks which were listed for $10 suddenly cost $17. Waiter did not ask us for a specific brand of alcohol, but automatically charged us for the much higher priced alcohol.

Firebirds Wood Grill has become my go-to location to take friends to lunch and dinner. The menu is excellent with some wonderful surprises such as the Philli-Cheesesteak Eggroll and the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake. The aged ribeye has become one of my favorites, topped with Lobster Fondue, you can’t go wrong. Kameron, who has been my server on every visit and I request him each and every time…Kameron is that good!

service was great, drinks good, my tomahawk pork chop was very tasty but a little tough,not my first time there, i will be going back

Our server was great, was sat at a later time than our reservation. Food was great but a little too salty. Overall still a very good restauran, would come back

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday. Our server was excellent and very attentive. She tended to our needs before we would even ask. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening 😊

Went for Valentines dinner because I thought this was a more upscale restaurant based on menu and pics, but it's pretty comparable to Outback or Saltgrass, or chains like that. Atmosphere was nothing special, but the food was good. Our server was very attentive and polite. Not sure if we will be back based on the overall experience for the price, but glad we tried it

Our service was very good and Darius was knowledgeable about the food was on point. But,your steak and ribeye was over cooked. The manager took some things off the ticket due to a new cook they had but overall the experience was great and we we will be back again.

Our reservations were pushed so after 30 mins late we decided to sit at the bar to get served. The bartenders where touch the ice with their hands and no paying attention to those around the bar very well.
