We had a reservation at 8pm. We were sat and waited for 12 minutes and never got any type of service at all. A multiple of Managers and servers walked by and saw we had no waters and our menus were in front of us like we were ready to order. We watched people get sat and greeted after we were seated. We were very much looking forward to trying this place. Very disappointing

Great birthday lunch for my sister. Brooke was very attentive and an overall great server.

Consistently excellent - this time did not disappoint. Met another couple for a surprise Birthday dinner for my wife. Staff was excellent "keeping the secret" recognizing, and celebrating with a wonderful (free) Crème Brule Birthday dessert. We all (4) ordered a different dish and all of our meals were excellent in flavor and presentation - perfect evening with a perfect wait staff. We met twice with the manager who wanted to ensure we were having an excellent dining experience and offered us discount vouchers for us to return again. There are lots of dining choices in the North Dallas area - Firebirds-Plano has become our "go-to-spot" - never disappointing and provide excellent food choices and service at a moderate price. Value is the key here - fantastic food/service without an extraordinary tab.

It was our first time going to FireBirds, and it was beyond what we expected, the food was delicious & great service. Definitely will be going back.

Small portions. Overpriced. Won’t be returning. Slow Friday night probably due to my same comments.

Asked for seating away from Noisy bar are. Got a very comfortable booth. Service was hood - not accomplished . But nothing negative. Runners were accurate; good delivered hot. Tasty. Large portions. Prime rib was half way between meditate and medium, but not enough to send it back. Will come up to medium when I reheat. Abu n can’t condiments. Great bread. Large “small” salads. Good value.

consistently a great meal and service. lobster and spinach queso was really good. Parmigiano chicken is huge portion and steak cooked perfectly
