    We have been to Firebirds many times and always found it to be a nice experience. For the most part tonight's visit was no exception. I did find the noise level a bit elevated for an early Sunday evening. Service was quick and we were seated almost immediately as we did have a reservation. Server was very courteous and well spoken. When ordering my wife requested Ranch dressing on her side salad, but received Oil and Vinegar, which she cannot handle. Replacement was quickly and a apology was made by someone I assume was an assistant manager as she did not identify herself as such. The rest of the meal was overall good, except the asparagus on my plate were over cooked to be limp and very stringy and were not eaten. Even with these minor annoyances I still found our experience acceptable and we will return at some future time.

    We had excellent service from Joseph. The food was great. The brunch cocktails were good, too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Joseph was really attentive and checked on us frequently.

    We were a party of 8 out celebrating my daughter moving away for school and not only was our food delicious, our server Robert, the bar manager and the other manager didn’t miss a beat on service even when my daughter had some issues with her order! Thank you much for making our celebration nice! I’ll definitely be back.

    The food was very good. Our server Bobby was terrific and attentive, bringing drink refills without us asking, and checking to see if everything was okay. Dave the bar manager came by as well to see how everything was. My salmon was a bit overcooked and he offered me a new meal. I declined because it wasn’t necessary. The salmon was still good. [My telling him was a FYI for the chefs, not a dis of the food. It was not a thicker cut which likely would have been perfect if cooked for the same amount of time.]

    Food was excellent and service was fantastic Yes it was loud but expected as very busy Our server Blake was absolutely as good as it gets Only negative was a double Tanquery was $21.90

    Had a 6 PM reservation and did not get seated until after 6:30. Ordered surf and turf. The lobster was over cooked and was dry with no taste.

    The wait time between the salad and main course was extreamly long. Then when the main course was finally served it was luke warm.

    Always a pleasure dining here. Our waiter Jimmy was excellent, knowledgeable of the menu, very personable. Food was excellent as always, highly recommend and we will definitely return.
