Everything was perfect! We tried multiple cocktails, the ribeye, lobster tail, salmon, baby back ribs. And everything was cooked to perfection.Service was top notch, and the restaurant.Itself was absolutely beautiful.

We know sometimes servers may have an off day but we were celebrating my husbands and sister-in-laws birthday and it was disappointing that the waiter would disappear and we had to remind him that we were celebrating their birthday and to do dessert. It was rather frustrating and we were seated 1/2 hour later than our reservation. Definitely very unorganized.

We had a party of 10 and Firebirds was able to accommodate us without issue. Everyone selected a different dish and to a person found the servings to be generous and the taste outstanding. I wish I could remember our server's name (I'm old!), but his service was exemplary - very personable and attentive to everyone's needs. The manager got involved when one dish was a bit late in being served (not an issue for us but her presence was appreciated). We were celebrating several birthdays and the team made everyone feel special. Firebirds is our "go to" place for special occasions and this experience only reinforces that will continue to be the case.

It was a special occasion for my parents 65th anniversary. They made a little sign for our table to wish them happy anniversary. They also gave them flowers for the table. They waiter and all the staff were great. They made the day very nice for all of us. The free dessert was also delicious. Thank you so much.

Seating was cramped and not on the main floor dining area. Steak was a bit over done.

Title: Outstanding Service & Great Food at Firebirds Grill We had a fantastic experience at Firebirds Grill while celebrating my nephew’s birthday. The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Edgar and David. Edgar went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and David’s attentiveness truly impressed us. I didn’t even notice an issue with my nephew’s steak, but our server caught it on his own and proactively replaced it without me having to say a word. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back, thanks to the great food and the top-notch service from Edgar and David!

Joseph took great care of us. Always smiling and making sure we had what we needed. Food was timely and the presentation and flavors were great.
