We rarely miss a visit here when they have the ribs on special for $19.95. Not being big eaters, we usually have enough "bones" for 3 meals. Usually get the sides of a vegetable and baked potato rather than the default fruit and fries. The greeters/host/hostesses could use some improvement and encouragement to be more welcoming ... usually too laid back and act like it is an inconvenience to be there. However, the wait staff has always been great.

The food and customer service here was amazing!! Our server Juan was amazing, he says he normally is a bartender but was a server last night. He is worth bragging on to any and everyone. Moving here from Chicago this is the best restaurant we have dined at thus far.

It took 50 minutes for us to get our food and the restaurant only had about 5 tables total occupied. The ribs were very with very little meat on them. My friends tortilla soup was quite thick and not good like it use to be. They must have a new chef because this use to be a place I enjoyed and recommended to friends but I will be hesitate to do so now.

When we were first seated, there was a group of servers talking among themselves & we were ignored for the first few minutes. However, once our server arrived, she was very friendly & attentive. We had a friend with us who trying Firebirds for the first time. She loved her burger. The tater tots are the best! The food is consistently delicious & the atmosphere is always nice. The manager came by a couple of times to check on us. Overall, a very nice lunch.

Sign up for the Inner Circle email list to be aware of specials. We got the BBQ Ribs with 2 sides for $10 off (33%) ... and being we are light eaters, we have enough for another two meals. The waitress was outstanding, the manager stopped by to be sure everything is okay. The host stand is still the weakest link of this FB ... it was a half-hearted welcome/very low key. We eat here about every 6 weeks and have rarely had a bad meal.

Service was on point!! Food recommendations, quality and speed was just right. Drinks were well prepared and really good. Absolutely recommend 100!!

Our Server, Madison, was FANTASTIC!! She was very energetic and interactive with our group. She smiled, service was fast and no mistakes. We really liked her and will be back because of her. Thank you
