    I ordered surf & turf with a medium rare filet and a lobster tail. My steak didn't even have a hint of pink, it was brown and tough. My lobster was rubbery and chewy. My BLT salad was all lettuce and salad dressing. The bread was also cold and hard. Also for how empty the restaurant was at the time, the service should have been better. I'm super disappointed because I used to frequent Firebirds in Memphis and Orlando and it had become one of my favorite restaurants.

    The service was very good and personable. My food was cooked to perfection. I had the grilled salmon with veggies and a potato. The portions were great and in line with the price.

    We had a new waiter and he did a great job. The food was perfect as always. The service manager, Bretly was outstanding. He was always present out on the floor checking on customers and his floor staff. He was friendly and very helpful. You don’t see many managers out on the floor. He was and did an exceptional job.

    Most restaurants I go to could take a lot of lessons from this place. The server brought my steak and watched me cut it. I ordered it medium. Upon seeing it well done, he immediately insisted on taking it back to get me another one. The second one came out a little overcooked as well. He was going to take it back, but I insisted it was fine. Shortly after the manager came out and informed me, he would not be charging me for the steak because it was overcooked a second time. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a steak overcooked and still be as juicy and flavorful as one cooked medium . But that was indeed the case. The entire meal was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend this place ! We will definitely be back !

    Great food and service. Our party of 4 had salads with shrimp and I had the 7oz filet. All were great!

    Very few patrons there yet server was not especially attentive once our food came. Had to get up and summon her twice.

    Firebird rarely disappoints, and when they have, they quickly offer to remake the dish/entree or deduct from the tab. I especially like the BLT Salad and usually order the larger one to share, and always comes split when brought to the table. The ribs are always goo as well as the various steaks we have had. The special birthday dessert was thoughtful and unexpected since I had used a $10 Insiders Code that was sent for my birthday. I usually make reservations although not always needed, but assures that we will be seated quickly.
