I usually love Firebirds, but this location left me wondering . . . Our server and the bartender were not up to par. Sent a message re the issues to the venue hoping they get it straightened out. I still left a 20% tip.

We had a family gathering to celebrate a birthday. Staff was attentive and food was delicious! We didn’t feel rushed so we could enjoy each other’s company. My favorite is the salmon salad and everyone enjoyed their meals.

I made a reservation with you all for my grandmother’s birthday. My grandmother is a Longhorn person. I wanted her to try something different with almost the same variety. I wanted to be sure to let you all know. The good was better than what majority thought it’d be. It didn’t take long to receive our food the waiters were great and patient with us as it was a very large party. We, including our stomachs were all around satisfied. Thank you for fulfilling this special day for my grandma and family!

Lunch was great. We always celebrate birthdays at Firebirds. It's our favorite place to go. We love the food, service and the atmosphere....a great menu too!

I had the NY strip steak with a loaded baked potato and charred carrots. Everything was tasty except for the charred carrots. They weren’t sweet and the topping of goat cheese made it too tangy. The manager was very attentive and allowed me to switch my side. Overall I rate my food and experience a 9.5.

Sat at the bar with my wife and had very good service. We had chicken chili nachos as an appetizer and then chicken Parmesan entrees with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Dinner and cocktails were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was good. I recommend this restaurant- I have been about 10 times previously. The restaurant delivers consistently.

The service was excellent. The food was downright delicious! The price for the dinner bundle was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. It made for a great date night.

I decided to give this location another chance after staying away for over a year. Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience. Service was slow & erratic, leading me to feel that they were either shorthanded or had inexperienced people. The manager was stepping up to assist, which we appreciated, and our waitress was pleasant & was probably doing her best under whatever difficult circumstances she was working under. Restaurant was moderately busy, many empty tables. Our entrees took a long time to appear. The pork chop was dry & the prime rib was of a low quality—had a ton of gristle that I had to carve around and the taste was flatOur side items were good. The final disappointment was the brownie dessert. The brownie was so hard & dry, I literally couldn’t get my fork in it or cut it with a knife! I couldn’t image how anyone in the kitchen would think that it was worthy of serving. For $96, I could’ve done much better at several other restaurants within 2 miles. If there’s a next time, I’ll play it safe with a burger or salad.

The location was wonderful had they own parking lot. The restaurant noise level was quiet just as I like it. They server was nice and the food and drinks was excellent!
