Our waitress Diamond was the best part of our visit to this restaurant. We had a reservation and we still had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seated people who arrived after us were seated before us. We were seated and we received our water right away and we placed our order and it took almost an hour to actually get our food and then I had to send back my steak because it was basically raw. We will never dine at this restaurant again based on this experience. You need to do better than especially because this was New Year's Eve and we spent over $200 for a poor experience.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t a positive one. Perhaps it had something to do with being the holiday or short staffed. The wait time to get our food was a while, and our steaks were rare when we ordered them medium.

We spent New Year’s Eve at Firebirds and it was a mess. Overall the meal took 3 hours and we had no appetizers or drinks, the food just took that long. Most of the food came out cold, our one steak that was supposed to be mid rare came out so well done you couldn’t even cut it. It took 25 mins to make a new one which at that point everyone else was finished. Our bread pudding, which should be a warm dessert came out straight from the fridge and was terrible. We made our issues known and the manager did nothing in the way of compensation. It really was a terrible way to end the year and was not an inexpensive night out for what we received. We will not be returning.

Service was pretty good and wait staff was attentive. It took awhile to be seated and bread took awhile despite the place not being busy at all. They seemed to be understaffed. There were multiple empty tables but the one we were seated at had dirty plates that had to be returned, our silverware was wrapped in dirty stained napkins, and we had to wipe lots of crumbs off the table. My steak was a little lukewarm but it was very good along with the lobster fondue and paired with au gratin potatoes. The food and service were the highlights.

Took 45 minutes to get drinks. Slow service. Chicken was just okay. They comped desserts to make amends. Charged for a salad we didn’t get.

Server was very busy with big table including ours. We had to ask for a couple of things that should have normally been taken care of. All in all still a good experience.

I will never be back. Don’t waste you time and money. Upscale restaurant with poor service, high prices for sub par food.

We went for the first time at the Beachwood location on Christmas Eve. Staff was very pleasant (maybe a little short staffed). Food was delicious. Atmosphere was nice. Very Good overall.
