Happy hour applies when you sit on bar side or at the bar. The waitress served our first round at about 6:10P. My guest wanted second drink and was told it’s past happy hour hour so you will have to pay full price, she took so long coming back in order for us to get happy hour price. The Perfect margarita was so weak it tasted like tarted lemonade. I sent it back still not to my satisfaction, barely taste the alcohol in it. The entree for Black Cod was so salty , I had to send it back( it was not good for my high blood pressure because I don’t use salt). My entree was 3 course meal special, I was told you can’t get dessert because what you ordered for replacement entree it does not apply. Waitress then came back and said oh what dessert do you want. At first we were seated in main dining room and previous waitress said we have to charge you full price for alcoholic drinks ! So we then requested to be moved over to bar side. It was not crowded at all in whole restaurant so I feel wherever you sat happy hour should still apply. The dining room area had two other couples besides us! I don’t think I will frequent your establishment in the future, very bad experience! Not a happy customer!

Excellent service terrible food. The overall taste & quality of my food. Was not worth my time. I will not be returning

Our server was Erin and she was great. We’d just left the funeral for a close family member and the team there was very accommodating with the 11 family members. This host staff was very nice. The food was amazing! Everyone enjoyed it.

Celebrated my 2 daughters' birthdays. Food was delicious and flavorful. My husband said his steak was one of the best he ever had. The portion sizes were good. We had a party of 6, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely return to Firebirds.

We had a great time with the family at this restaurant. The food was great and our waitress (Vanessa) was amazing.

Overall average dining experience. Service was a little slow and non-attentive. Staff seemed to congregate at the bar socializing more than working.

Although the service was excellent, and the waiter that took care of us was very good, The food was just subpar and not as fresh as I would’ve thought it would’ve been. the bacon on the sandwich was not crisp and well done. I had stomach issues shortly after eating. Overall experience was not pleasant nor up to par. Very disappointing!

Ribs were very good. Clearly full racks have been getting smaller over the years - shrinkage! Fries really good BUT salty as o hell! Not your average fry but rather the 1/2 inch cut ones! No style choice offered - sloppy bourbon that's it. Good value for lunch program as competition is active. Definitely worthwhile seeking especially on a lunch special program!

I went to lunch with two good friends for a birthday celebration. The lunch choices were excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. Our service was also excellent. We were even given a dessert to share on- the- house. Overall great experience.
