We were the only one there for brunch. We had family in town and I have always loved coming there for dinner so I figured I would give it a try for brunch. I felt the menu was very very limited and hardly what I would can brunch food. I will definitely, absolutely positively be back for lunch and dinner… But never again for brunch! Very disappointing…

The decor at Firebirds was very nice and the server we had was good . However the prime rib was horrible. It was very tough and seemed to be more of a well done steak than a tender prime rib. We asked before we ordered how it was prepared and we were told roasted as this is a wood fired restaurant. Much to our dismay worst prime rib we ever had. Told the server , he apologized and claimed others had made the same remarks but never discounted anything. Too bad sort of ruined a birthday dinner.

We were seated on the Patio and what a bonus to the beautiful day. The food was delicious, the waiter was excellent, and the drinks were perfect.

Our server, Rachel, was outstanding. She was pleasant and checked regularly. Our last server provided the same great service so keeps us coming back.

Firebirds has been one of our favorite spots. Yesterday the food and ambience was wonderful but the service was poor. There was little server interaction in the bar area and little effort to make our visit special. This visit magnifies the impact lack of engaged service can have on the experience. Hoping the management reads this review and emphasizes the need to engage with customers to help make the experience special.

Enjoyed a work lunch. Salads were large so 3 of us had leftover boxes. The 4th associate had the tacos and also took one home plus the French fries. However we save room for dessert by taking home parts of our meals. The carrot cake was a hit. Shareable if you are so inclined. I had the brownie and took more than 1/2 of the large brownie home but ate all the ice cream. The only issue was that the AC was cranked up so I wish I had brought a sweater.

Great service, very friendly and attentive. Food was terrible. Sea bass was raw and required steak knife to cut. Rice pilaf included was drenched in some sauce that was incredibly sweet. Asparagus was mediocre, tough to chew and not sure if fully cooked. Sea Bass was sent back to be cooked further, which server was very friendly in handling. Fish was returned and cooked more fully, however, the fish was still very tough, required knife to cut, and smelled terrible. Couldn’t eat much of it. I would return to Firebirds for a cocktail or drink, but never for food.
