After being set at our table, we waited for over 15 minutes before I got up and went to ask if we had a waitstaff person. Had a salad that had the stem core of the lettuce in it. Went to the restroom… the floor was so slick with grease, I thought I would slip. NOT a pleasant experience for an $80 late lunch.

Second time I’ve been there that steaks weren’t cooked correctly, even the “re-do” which took 30 minutes to get to our table. Also, I didn’t get my points for making the Open Table reservation.

The food was fantastic and worth every penny, but unfortunately the staff was having an off night maybe due to Father’s Day. It wasn’t a fully packed out house, so we were seated and assigned one waiter who took our drink order. After that, there were two different waiters who came along and tried to re-take the orders. The drinks unfortunately came out wrong for me. And perhaps we should’ve stayed with one of the other two, because our first waiter became a rare sight, frequently disappearing to the back area. This became comical towards the end of the night as I tried to get a to go box and just gave up and flagged down another waiter after seeing waiter #1 on different errands that all led to the back.

Our waitress Izzy was very attentive and the food was exceptional! My family ordered the Sirloin, Cilantro Chicken, and Pork Shank which all came out to perfection. The Deviled Eggs and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes were also very good. I would highly recommend Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for a casual dinner to a celebratory occasion.

First visit and was pleasantly surprised and how good the food was. We interacted with the manager upon arrival and a couple of the servers and they were all very personable and helpful. Everything was presented very well and the food was very tasty. Great value for money. Definitely will be returning many times
