delish meal and great service. Room temperature was a little bit too cold

Everything was very good my only complaint is we had reservations for 7:30pm we got there early they checked us in when we got there but we didn't get seated until 7:45 but in the mean time they were setting people with no reservations at the there high top tables. I and my family felt that we should of been offered it first before they sat anyone with out reservations

We have been here before. They changed the menu. No longer have vegetarian burger option. The wait for our food was very long. The salmon on my salad was room temperature. My friends ribs were not as good as last time. Disappointing.

Honey Chicken was inedible . Chicken was like rubber.

Food was cooked as order. I did need to ask server to move faster because I had time limits. The server just assumed I wanted to stay there longer than I did. My thoughts, don't assume!

Wonderful restaurant and amazing food. Service was fantastic and we love it here. Celebrated my mom’s bday and they ensured she felt appreciated and celebrated.

Soup was cool, mashed potatoes shiny and the texture is wallpaper paste. Sirloin ok. Desert was great. Service was inattentive. Dirty dishes were left on the table when served the entrees. The bread was doughy and only partially baked. Noisy but it was happy hour. I have been there before and enjoyed my meal but not this time. No, I did not call it to anyone’s attention but will never go there again.

The food and service today was excellent. That has not always been my experience here, but grateful to my server, Brandy, who did an exceptional job. She checked on us regularly and gave us great reviews of menu items we requested.

Thank you soooo much for making my mom’s 74th Birthday dinner absolutely wonderful! She loves Firebirds so it was an easy decision to go there and I’m so glad we did! Our server Amaya (I think ) was great and even brought over a lovely dessert for my mom! Can’t wait to come visit again soon!

Our waitress was courteous but seemed like the full restaurant slowed down service. Deviled eggs outstanding. Lobster on sure and turf overcooked but steaks were cooked perfectly. Will go back again.
