    I've eaten at Firebirds before but was disappointed with last night's food and service. I ordered tenderloin on a salad to be cooked medium well but it arrived rare. It was sent back and was returned with only one piece cooked properly. The rest was raw. The service was extremely slow and two other dishes at the table were served to the wrong people. To make up for the problems, the manager offered us a free dessert when, in fact, my salad should have been offered on the house. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.

    Wonderful restaurant and good service. Just need to control air and flies on outer patio. Everytime I go there that same fly or another is flying around food.

    We were seated right away, our server Savanna was pleasant. Our food was hot and delicious. My husband had a shrimp and strawberry salad. I ordered spare ribs and baked potato. The meat literally fell off the bone. Looking forward to going back soon.

    Second trip in a row to firebirds when one person in our party of two had to send back an entree. I get they steak can be rare, but you do need to cook scallops We used to love this place, but the wait staff is slow, the kitchen is messing up orders… the table next to us sent two entrees bacon in addition to mine

    We came for Happy Hour and sat in the patio area. We ordered the steak tacos and the cauliflower which were both delicious! We also ordered the carrot cake which was great! The server was pleasant and efficient. We will return in the near future. Love the Happy Hour at Firebirds. The best in the area.
