Very nice evening . We go frequently to Firebirds and it is a very nice atmosphere, always with good service. Food is good, nothing spectacular but very steady. Everything went well, we will be back.

The pork chops were so salty that I could not eat my dinner. Very disappointing since we come there all the time.

this was an overall bad experience. It took an hour to get our food and when it came all three meals were bad. My mother in law ordered prime rib which was small, tough and not cooked well. it came with 1 side for 38, a rock hard baked potato that came loaded although we asked to have toppings on side. My husband had a burger which was thin overcooked and not juicy at all. I had a salad w grilled salmon which was ok. Our server tried but she had too many tables and we could never find her when we needed things. We walked all over the place asking people for salt. I know many places started w the 1 side deal but what happened to getting a starch and a veg?The restaurant does have a nice atmosphere and bar but it’s expensive for bad food

I Received the wrong meal and sent it back. I ordered well done and received a rare steak. I’m pregnant so I have to be more cautious about the level of cook on the meat. My husband also received the wrong meal but didn’t want to further complicate things and ate it anyway. Upon the second try on my meal, it was still incorrect. At this point it was more than an hour after we placed the original order so I ate what I could. They didn’t charge me for me steak as a nice gesture but at that point I honestly just didn’t care. I wanted to just leave. We paid and left.

I had never been to a Firebirds. We had deviled egg and cheesesteak egg rolls which we all enjoyed. The Chilean sea bass entrees were enjoyed but ribs were room temperature and scallop potatoes mushy pasty meh. The cheesecake tasteless. It was a treat to splurge on all courses, lots of money as this place is expensive but I wouldn’t recommended. Typical chain restaurant, too many choices because they can’t do all well.

The food and drinks were superb. Better come hungry, portions are large. Second time my wife and I have been here and loved it both times.

We were four persons eating here for the first time. The food came out prepared correctly and tasted very good. I will be going back to this restaurant without question. Five stars out of Five stars. Service was excellent.

Their salmon and spinach salad is wonderful! I love their ribs, too. Service in the patio is always slower than inside. I went there to celebrate my birthday but I didn't get a complimentary dessert treat like I usually do. So that was a bummer.
