   Good choices/variety on the menu. Food was very good. Service was excellent!

   food; filet, prime rib and burger were sub par. The service was the slowest we have ever had.

   Love Firebirds! Went for brunch today....never disappoints! Food is great, drinks are delicious. Our waitress was wonderful

   Had 5:15 reservation…about 15 people were waiting for seats…said they all had reservations…empty tables available…did they overbook? Need to implement seating process…
