    Not impressed. Third time dining with franchise. First time this location. Felt very cold. Bland. Service was super slow for a 430pm on a Saturday. Took forever to get drinks, apps and food. Cheeseburger spring rolls and lobster queso were the stand outs. I had the garlic steak abs street corn. The steak was good but not worth the price. My husband got the rib special. They were horrible. A dog wouldn’t have eaten then. There was zero meat on them they were burnt and what meat was there was chewy. Our server didn’t come back so husband ate my steak and I ate the apps. Sad for the cost and somewhere that is supposed to wood fired.

    Excellent service. I had the NY Strip steak and my wife had the Cod. Both were done perfectly and were very tasty. The BLT salad was awesome as usual. Will be back!

    Bar bites were very good and filling. Ceasar salad with grilled chicken was a generous amount. Double Black Diamond martini was very tasty.

    Matteo was a great server and had tons of charisma! The peach bourbon bread pudding with ice cream was so unique and delicious!!

    I had an amazing first experience. Our food was excellent service was excellent and I can not tell you the last time I was this impressed by a restaurant. Total experience was unmatched at least in Niles Ohio.
