    Very crowded and noisy with large holiday groups and parties. The kitchen was slammed with so many people in a full house, but came through. Servers were great as always. It’s not usually like this on z Sunday night.

    We had a nice dinner with our daughter and her family. Food was good, service was good. Nothing outstanding, but a fine experience which met our expectations.

    Waiter Josh was friendly and attentive. Seating right away. One of my usual meals on point. And the cheesecake exactly how I like it!

    All of our food was delicious. No complaints on the food. A+. The waiters were great. I think the kitchen must have been short staffed. We had to wait way, way too long for our food. We were celebrating a birthday, and a free desert was given. Very nice.

    Service was slow. Took forever to get check. Group of seven were put at small round table so it was very crowded. They should have put two square tables together.

    Our server, Valeria, was wonderful… always checking on our needs, suggesting appetizers, and quick to clear dishes to have more space on table. 6people in booth that was very roomy.

    While visiting from out of town we had a terrible experience at this location. Usually Firebird’s is great. Definitely some staffing issues in both the waitstaff and kitchen. Took us over 2 hours to get through our meal. Several in our group had prime rib which came out cold and was so tough to chew it was basically inedible. Our server was a nice guy but had way too many tables so he was not keeping up with us. The manager did eventually come to our table and apologized and comped our dinner which was the appropriate thing to do. I’m guessing the staffing issues were related to the fact it was the day after thanksgiving. Hopefully this is not the norm.
