    Open kitchen and manager lets kitchen workers play rap music which can be heard across the restaurant and competes with the general restaurant music which is unnerving. Food was warm, not hot. I’ve always loved Firebirds but this was a bad experience.

    On arrival we were ignored by the 2 hostesses at the front. They continued with their conversation like we weren’t there. They eventually acknowledged us after we didn’t just go away. I told them that I booked a reservation for 2 on open table. They told us we had 2 seating options. The bar area or the restaurant area. They told us the restaurant part was cold. We told them the bar area and they said “oh, well just pick a seat anywhere”. So we opted for the other area instead. Had the hostesses acknowledged us in time we would’ve made it for brunch as we planned, but because of the delay they informed us that we couldn’t get anything from the brunch menu. Our server, Charity, was able to get 1 mimosa for me. But it took forever for her to bring it to me. I literally had to ask her for it again. We ordered our food and my fiancé ordered a draft beer. I’m assuming the manager brought the food to us. My order was completely wrong and his order was undercooked so we had to send both meals back. While waiting on the food the draft beer still never arrived, so we had to ask for that too. When Ms. Charity brought the beer it wasn’t draft, it was just a bottle. No chilled glass or mug. We had to ask for that too. It seemed like she got lost in bringing it back because the recooked food made it back to us first. And yup, we had to ask for a glass for the bottled beer. My shrimp were cooked on one side only, and his ribs were unseasoned and just warmed. We were never asked if we wanted our drinks refilled, or if we wanted desert, or anything. No manager to ask about our dining experience. Although our drinks and food were slow to come our check was quick, fast, and in a hurry. We both had time to individually go to the restroom before our bill was picked up. In fact I had to stop one of the hostess to ask for our server to pick up our bill. Ms. Charity eventually appeared and charged our card. This was my fiancés first time at Firebirds, but he said it will be his last.

    Took a long time to be served, restaurant was freezing, food was tiny for dinner items and price charged. Will definitely move to the bottom of my list.

    We decided to eat from the brunch menu and the French Toast was really good but my husbands steak and egg bowl had a seasoning in it that he said was overpowering everything else.

    My family always enjoy the food & cocktails at Firebirds. What we don’t enjoy is having to wait 20 minutes or more despite having a reservation. I walk with a cane and am uncomfortable standing for long periods of time but have been forced to do so during our last visits to Firebirds. Although our server was very attentive, it took our food a long time to arrive. The food was excellent as were the drinks we ordered.

    My recent visit to Firebirds Wood Grill was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxed yet upscale dining experience. Our server, Linda, truly made our evening memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm were evident throughout the night. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that our dietary preferences were met with ease. Linda’s friendly demeanor and impeccable service elevated our entire experience. The food was outstanding, perfectly grilled with a delightful balance of flavors. Each dish was presented beautifully, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. The Firebirds signature steak was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying sides were equally impressive. Linda's attentiveness did not go unnoticed. She checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as customers. Overall, our dining experience at Firebirds Wood Grill was top-notch, thanks in large part to Linda’s exceptional service. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an outstanding meal with remarkable service.     They were having an issue with a water leak (or something ) since they had exhaust fans on the floor. They couldn’t seat us quickly even though the dining room was relatively vacant. Once we got settled in everything was good. I usually don’t order salads for dinner but mine was excellent. It was a strawberry salad with grilled shrimp. My Husband ordered the pork chop and he said it was great as well.
