I don’t know if the wait staff was just off, but service was not great. Sorry, it’s expensive to eat out. We were dining for my husband’s birthday and made a reservation, service was incredibly slow. Food was really good, thank you to the kitchen.

Had another great meal at Firebirds Grill at Austin Landing. The ribs were superb,as always, and my wife had the Colorado chicken salad which she raved about! Always a nice time at Firebirds.

My husband and I went to Firebirds to celebrate our anniversary. Overall ok experience, not sure when we made reservation and was ask occasion, I selected anniversary. I was thinking it would be acknowledged, but that didn’t happened. To be honest, for the price I would prefer Long Horn.

It was a fabulous stunning experience. The only problem was when we tried to walk in. We just miss found our way into the exit walked down the hill and didn’t quite make it there when you walk in is a nice place and was even better is they got wine all over the side of the thing but then it’s just not as fancy as Mason so I don’t really know if I like this one better, but like steak was good except like they didn’t actually cook it

Had a rocky experience the last time out at this restaurant, was not the case this time! Everything we had was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Service was great as well!

The food and ambiance were great but they need to work on the food service timing. We were seated on time for our 7:15 reservation and greeted by our friendly server promtly. We had grabbed drinks at the bar so we went ahead with our order. By 7:27 our appetizer, salads and main entrees had all been plopped on our table within a 5min time span. I am all for efficiency but this felt rude and rushed! By the time I was ready to eat the main course it was cold. A manager recognized the issue and had it re-warmed. He was very polite and responsive but as soon as we finished my husbands plate was wisked away before he could request to have the leftovers boxed up. We have never felt so rushed at a restaurant.
