    The server was great! Her name started with a T. Maybe it was Taliah, but she polite, patient and she was very sweet towards my wife for her birthday dinner.

    Very good service. We even got a free desert that we didn't order. Food was fantastic.

    Kudus to Ms Sherrine (Please forgive me for the misspelling of your name)& Staff. They were so very helpful and courteous in helping me celebrate 2 special upcoming birthdays. This is second time in using this location the Staff were just outstanding. Keep doing an Amazing, Awesome job. Watson’s party

    Food was decent. Some hot dishes were cold by the time we got our food, steak not cooked correctly and had to be sent back (came raw and was ordered medium). They were very busy. Our server was staying on top of everything as best he could and did a good job. Overall not a bad experience, but room for improvement.

    Granted it was Veterans Day but we had a reservation for 7:30 which is late for us to eat dinner but that was the earliest they had. When we arrived the front hostess said they were about 10 minutes behind seating reservations. I was ok with that. Then I see TWO couples go up to the hostess stand and state “our reservations were for 7:00…where are we in the list?” At this point my husband and I stood up to leave and he told the nice hostess and she alerts us that the bar area is first come first serve so we went to a dirty bar table and the nice hostess cleaned it off for us. She went above and beyond her duties I thought. Then our waiter came around 15 minutes after we were seated and everything just took sooooo long! The waiter was slow….unorganized and confused. The food was excellent but we ordered one plate of ribs with fries to split and it took 35 minutes to come out. My husbands cocktail sat at the bar for 20 minutes until til the slow waiter picked it up to deliver it. Overall….the food was amazing. The service lacked severely except for the 2 hostesses doing their darndest to make up for the shortcomings of others and we probably wouldn’t eat at a Firebirds again.

    Very slow when managing several reservations. We got there at 7 and didn’t eat until 8:30. Food was not hot when it got to my table and had to send it back. The manager took care of it but overall wasn’t a pleasant experience. I was celebrating my anniversary and we didn’t have a good time there. My previous visits to this restaurant have been good but this one disappointed me.

    Servers were great. Good was great as usual. My only complaint was the time it took to actually get our meals. It’s was very busy, but I don’t believe it should take almost an hour after ordering to receive our food. We’ve eaten here numerous times but never had this problem before.

    Our server was Christian. He started out doing a good job, but as the service went on it waned then slightly declined. I asked for extra sour cream and was told he would bring it, but when the potato came it did not have extra sour cream. I mentioned it to him and he said it was there. The sour cream was not there. The steak was barely seasoned and not good, which was the second time this has happened. When it was time to pay, I paid, but my card declined for suspicious activity. Once he told me and I noticed it, I cleared it with my bank, but when I woke up this morning I had 3-4 of the same charges on my card. Meaning the server charges my car multiple times. There were fruit flies flying around and guests were loudly blowing their noses and the table behind us. Also, we had a $10 off coupon for joining the rewards club. Christian told us that it expired, but he would add my mom’s military discount. When the ticket came, it did not include a military discount nor the $10 off coupon. When we checked the coupon, it did not have an expiration date on it. This was a confusing and uncomfortable experience.
