    The food was awful: this time i had ribs potatoes and mushroom. Mushroom did not taste like port mushrooms and potatoes was sooo bland and supposed to be parmesan. The ribs was just ok. Something at firebirds has changed food used to be very good.

    Our waitress Tanisha was so sweet and attentive. She probably was the best waitress we have ever had!

    My wife and I went there for our 15 year anniversary. We both ordered steaks hers came out. OK mine I ordered medium rare. It came out well done and charred so they took it back brought me a second steak. It was almost completely rare, not seasoned at all and severely burnt they did, take that off our final bill but I can tell you right now. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

    Food and drinks were good. However, service was over the top!! Jalen was our server he was engaging, witty and knowlegeable about the menu.

    I really enjoyed the steak burrito that i had for "brunch" it was delicious and very filling!

    This was my first time going. We went on a Saturday night, party of 4. We all ordered our food at the same time. 2 salads and 2 burgers were ordered. The two burgers came out first. 15-20 minutes passed and our waiter was no where to be found and we still had not gotten our food. Our friends who ordered the burgers were almost done with their food by the time we found our waiter. We asked where our salads were. He told us that he thought they came out when the burgers did. The manager assisted and apologize and they were nice enough to take the salads off of the ticket, but when the salads came out the lettuce was brown. Very disappointed and I don’t plan to go back.
