    We went to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday, the restaurant was horribly hot inside. My husband asked for a medium steak, the first one came out very rare. He sent it back and the second steak came out well done. It made the evening an awful mess. The manager was not very gracious and it’s disappointing to have to send a meal back two times.

    Great filet—the usual for one of us—and an interesting Cajun ribeye—a first time try for the other. Very good St. Francis wine.

    We had a wonderful Father’s Day dinner at Firebirds. Everything was delicious! The service was great. They always take great care of our family!

    Here as always with all of our lunches dinners at Firebirds everything was excellent. Our server was as excellent always made sure our needs were met. I know everyone was extremely happy with their food selections I look forward to the next time at dining at fireworks.

    Our waitresses were delightful and the drinks were great. The dish I had was spicy and it wasnt suppose to be.

    Amazing service. Steaks cooked perfectly. Timing of starters to entrees was very good. Did not feel rushed at all. Really enjoyed our family dinner. Manager remedied issues and went above and beyond to ensure our meal was satisfactory. Server was prompt and polite. Able to accommodate our family’s preferences and followed up after our meal, which was greatly appreciated.
