This is the third time I’ve dined at Firebirds that the meal has been brought to the table before we had time to enjoy our salads and appetizers. I specifically asked the server if that would happen if we ordered apps and meal at the same time and she assured me it wouldn’t. I begin to think it’s policy to speed turnover. At these prices?

We’ve gone here several times and it has always been ok. This was the worst experience I’ve had here. There were flies all in the dining area. We waited over 20 minutes after seated for our order to be taken. The service was downright horrible. The ribeye was soooo thin and overcooked. Just an unacceptable dining experience especially when it was over $100 for brunch for 2 people

My nephew and I have been to Firebirds on several occasions and the service and food is consistently excellent.

I feel like I should buy a lottery ticket. Last visit we had Olivia who was a fantastic server and this trip we had Alexis who was amazing as well. My wife had the spinach & salmon salad, and I had the Caprese Chicken Pasta. Both were excellent! The food has almost always been excellent, the service not so much. We've been lucky the last 4 out of 5 visits and had good service. Olivia and Alexis have taken it to a new level. Alexis was very personable and professional. She checked on us and kept our drinks filled without being intrusive. Very prompt with our check so that we could be on our way. We've gone from visiting this Firebird's once every 2 or 3 months to 2 or 3 times a month and that is likely to increase with good service. The Caprese Chicken Pasta was just amazing. Lots of flavor and cooked perfectly. I wish I had remembered to take pictures.

My favorite items are the Deviled eggs and the Grilled Shrimp Strawberry Salad; they’re delicious and fresh! My husband ordered the barbecue burger which great as well. The reason we gave a 3 star was for the tater tots which were doused in salt and completely inedible. The kitchen staff needs to pay attention to what their food tastes like before they add loads of salt atop an already pre-seasoned item. Our server was great however.
