Took my girlfriend out for her birthday, the ambiance was great! Our server was amazing, explaining her favorites and talking about the menu options. Appetizers were beautiful and tasty, dinner and desert were the absolute best meal we've had in a long time! Everything was beautiful and absolutely delicious!

I had dinner various Firebirds locations and the food, especially the steaks, is always great. Steaks are cooked on open fire grills. Always well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The FB private label Cabernet is also very good. I like this place much better than some other more higher end steakhouses. Great value and great food. Also very nice and not too loud. Highly recommend.

Consistently very good food and service ** Reasonable value although like everything else, prices keep rising ** one member requires Gluten-free and was easily accommodated.

Very disappointed with this visit. We have been here several times in the past with good experiences so decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday here. His steak was charred on the outside and literally cold to the touch in the middle. After waiting a few minutes for our waiter to check on our meals, we had to ask another waiter to send our waiter over. He took his plate and said it would be a couple minutes. Then came back and said it would be more like 5 minutes. I continued to eat my dinner while it was warm and he waited. Then a lady brought out a new steak and waited for my husband to check it. It was cooked better, but not as nice a cut of meat. So then he ate dinner while I waited. Not exactly the type of birthday dinner we had envisioned. The restaurant didn’t acknowledge the birthday at all and made no adjustment to the bill for the inconvenience of not serving the two dinners at the same time. I doubt we’ll go back.

A fair experience this time. The tuna appetizer was tasty however the steaks came out late and mine was way undercooked requiring it to be taken back.

Excellent food. We had the prime rib and loved it! Highly recommend! Service was great as well. I also had a mojito and it was great as well! Can’t wait to go back!

Always very good. The three course meals are a great idea. Wish they had a couple of more options in main course and desserts (perhaps 1/2 or even 1/3 of the full size carrot cake). Service was great too.
