Gigi the manager was amazing! She has been a staple since Firebirds in Huntersville since it opened. Will in the kitchen brought us hot fresh fries! We love Firebirds!

They had just opened. It was a little slow. I ordered a turkey club with no cilantro mayo and it came out with cilantro mayo so then we had to wait for them to make it all over again, second one they brought out was burnt and smaller. We usually have a good experience.

The wings was a little too hard. I requested for them to be lightly tossed and all wasn’t. Everything else was ok.

It's a nice place for lunch we enjoy it. It's very cold inside so take a jacket anytime you go.

We went there for our anniversary. Arrived about 30 minutes ahead, but was seated immediately. I ordered the 16 Oz. Ribeye medium and asked in it could be charred and not venture into medium well. Also ordered the BLT salad and (don't tell anybody because I'm an adult!) tater tots. The steak was charred, very tender and seasoned and cooked medium. BLT salad was good but swimming in dressing. Good change from my usual Ceasar. Will order dressing on the side next time. Tots were fantastic! My wife ordered the Chilean sea bass. It was good but she was expecting more of a sear. Will ask for it if she orders it again. Her Ceasar salad was good and she enjoyed the shrimp, vegetables and sauce that came as part of the dish. Only negative of the evening was no acknowledgement of our anniversary. Sure I noted it on your reservation form. Servers were a trainee and supervisor. She did a fantastic job on her own and answered all of our questions. Sure she thought we were management mystery diners.

Very happy with our visit, service was outstanding, food was even better and the cost was very reasonable for a high end steakhouse

Friendly and attentive wait staff, delicious food and beverages. The atmosphere was lively but a little too loud for me. Large wine selection to compliment the meal. Enjoyed our dinner date.
