    We went to Firebirds to celebrate. We were running a little behind and called to make them aware that we would arrive about 30 minutes late. They were professional and made sure we would be taken care of. When we arrived, they acted like we had shown up on time. We were given our table and assured us we would enjoy the evening. We both ordered a house special drink. Although a tad high the drinks were excellent. My beautiful dote ordered the chicken while i had the pork chop. Her dinner was delicious and I really enjoyed the chop. The charred carrots were ad good as the recommendations. They brought us a dessert complementary to go. The cheesecake was superb. We will be dining there again!

    We have been going to Firebirds for years and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent and the service is great. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.

    Canceled our reservation last minute at Ruth's Chris and chose to dine here instead... we were super excited to try something new... only to be wildly disappointed. We arrived early for our reservation and sat at our table for apx. 10 minutes before being greeted. Ordered drinks from the happy hour menu... ordered the deviled eggs as an appetizer and they were delicious! Ordered a 7oz filet cooked medium and a sirloin cooked medium. The filet arrived rare and tasted and smelled spoiled while the sirloin was chewy. Both seemed to have been sitting as they were not hot. I didn't eat more than four bites of the filet, my husband ate maybe half of his sirloin. We shared our concerns with our waitress and suggested she let the kitchen know that the filet was spoiled... she didn't seem concerned in the least. Received our bill with full charges for all items and questioned the happy hour drinks, to be told that happy hour is in the bar and patio area only. That's fine, but don't give me a HH menu when seating me in the dining room then. I'm actually really bummed to say that we won't be back. $150 for a spoiled/ poor quality meal is a deal breaker for us.

    The staff too great care of our table for my niece’s graduation from nursing school. They went over and above

    Quiet time of the day with not many customers. We have gotten our food a lot faster when there were more customers there. Not sure why it took so long this day. Our waitress was great. We always enjoy Firebirds!

    Food portions have gotten smaller, prices have gone up. I don’t like credit card charges being passed on to me!

    We had a table of 6. The restaurant was very crowded the noise level was so loud we could not hear one another talk. I won’t be planning a large group there again. Food is good. It’s just hard to hold a conversation there when crowded!
