Food was good, but not great. I ordered the sea bass, and the portion size was very small for what you paid. We also had the appetizer of the deviled eggs, and they were ok, but not great. Service was intermittent. I’d give it a solid meh!

The broccoli was almost raw and needed to be steamed longer. The Caesar salad did not taste like a Caesar salad something was off on the dressing. The steak was medium rare instead of medium. I don’t think I’m going to this restaurant again.

We had a reservation for 5pm. We were seated at a dirty table first of all and then we waited for 10 minutes in an almost empty restaurant and never received service at all! We got up and walked out and was never even noticed. This is our THIRD and FINAL time at Firebirds. All of our experiences there have been horrible… too bad because the food is fairly good.

It’s usually not a problem but my salmon was under cooked and the salad dressing was wrong. They did fix my order but by the time the next correct salmon came out my husband was finished eating. I asked for well done and ranch dressing but I got the opposite.

Excellent tasting steak. The only issue was that my order was for a medium steak, but I received one cooked rare.

We had an incredible experience celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday with a party of 8. Our server, Kassidy, was outstanding—she brought so much fun and energy to the table, making sure everything was perfect. Her service was flawless, and she never missed a beat. Kassidy truly made the evening special, and we’re so grateful for her attention and amazing vibe. Thank you for an unforgettable night!

This is our 3rd time trying and probably the last. Service was good. The food is just okay, over salted, large portions. One person in our party of 4 ordered the 3 course menu meal but was charged regular price which total was $10 more than advertised. We caught the issue and they “corrected” it. Two of the dishes were wrong. The desserts were good though. Basically for what you pay, you expect a little better from them.
