    Great experience! We ordered the 14oz NY Strip and the Durango Burger and both were very well done and delicious. Destiny, our waitress, was experienced and knew when to ask us if we needed anything. Definitely will be back.

    Staff is friendly and courteous, very welcoming. Server was knowledgeable and helpful with questions about the menu and beverage selections.

    Fiance 23rd birthday , her first experience there with me numerous times with outstanding service .. but this time was horrible . For the most important visit with family in town . We didn’t receive bread&butter upon request , I didn’t receive the requested accommodations for the reservation via Open AND calling speaking with a host hours prior to arriving (birthday mommy from new born) . Recieved a burnt lobster tail inedible, thanks to the manager in the striped shirt & glasses for taking it off the bill but the family and lady were very disappointed and for 200$ dinner we expected more .. really just based off prior visits . Hopefully it was just a bad night and hopefully can get it fixed -Khalid Taylor

    We love Firebirds, however our most recent visit was super loud due to several very large birthday parties. The wait staff was attentive and did a great job but the food was quite salty this time. Overall still good

    Firebirds is one our “go-to” spots. This visit we were accommodating friends that had not eaten at Firebirds. My wife and I told them how great Firebirds is, and happily Firebirds did not dissapoint!! The food was excellent, service was great, and the manager visited our table twice to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a fabulous meal in the Greenville, SC area, Firebirds should be on the top of your list,

    Excellent everything. One of our favorite Restarants when we want a relaxing evening & good dinner with a glass of wine. I like also you can have a glass of good red wine for $8.00.

    Delicious meal and amazing service! The onion rings are fantastic! Highly recommend the pork chop, honey garlic chicken and the charred carrots were 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

    Exceptional service, food and ambiance as usual! This place just gets better and better. We had the baby back rib special and it was some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. The price is very reasonable and the staff is very well trained. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

    Per usual, another great experience at Firebirds. Food tasted great, service was outstanding, couldn't ask for any better. Can't wait to get back.

    Our server was great but the bar and kitchen seemed very disorganized. We waited a long time for drinks and food came out of order.
