    We had a wonderful evening at Firebirds! The ranch rings were a delicious start to the meal, and while my steak was initially prepared incorrectly, the staff quickly made it right and brought me the perfect steak. The service was speedy, and we were ready to leave about an hour after arriving, which was great. It was our waitress's first night out of training, and she was very attentive, doing her best to provide excellent service. What really stood out, though, was the teamwork. Another employee stepped in without hesitation to assist her, refilling my drink as soon as it was empty and offering support wherever needed. I also noticed a female manager who was hands-on, helping the new waitress without any negativity—just genuinely understanding and supportive. On a busy Friday night, their team dynamic was impressive, and the positive atmosphere really left a lasting impression on me. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m excited to see how this team continues to grow!

    The food is usually great but I became very sick after eating the salad. Tuna on salad.

    Firebirds Greenville, SC is consistently good, great to be fair. We had the pleasure of having Christmas Eve dinner there and we were not disappointed. The food, service and ambient were great 👍!

    We made a reservation and showed up about 15 minutes prior to our reservation, they were able to seat us early. Food was absolutely amazing. We had the lobster spinach queso followed by the filet and shrimp and the firebirds chicken pasta and ended our meal with the crème brûlée cheesecake. Everything was perfect!

    Awesome Salmon Salad. One of the best pieces of salmon I have had and a reasonable price. Service and Happy Hour was very nice.

    Firebirds never disappoints. Our holiday experience was exceptional last evening. We were quickly seated and greeted by the manager and our server, Lexi. She was helpful with our wine selection by patiently providing tastings of 2 bottles. The deviled eggs were recommended and arrived quickly and were delicious. The filets and loaded potatoes were prepared as requested. I love dining at Firebirds. Will probably be back next Monday and will request Lexi. She was very special.

    Great chop. Wine list is grocery store level though and over priced. Price it right and you’d sell more. I’d nice pay $14 for a Mirrasou.
