    What a delicious meal. This was our first time there, but won't be our last. Thinking it was a pizza joint, we were pleasantly surprised that it really is a restaurant specializing in cooking over a wood fire. My scallops were tender and just barely kissed with char. The hubs' steak was delicious, as were his southwestern potatoes au gratin. This is not a fine dining establishment, nor would I go there for a special occasion. However, for a very good meal on a Sunday evening where we could be casually dressed, it was perfect.

    This was my third visit and this visit was just as good as all the others. The food and service is consistently outstanding.

    Just ok - service rushed and food was just ok. Salmon was very salty and Steak was average - nothing great. Side dishes were quite expensive

    Brunch options are broad enough and creative enough to please most! All delicious! Grilled salmon benedict was delicious and served hot. Chocolate cake serving size is huge and so moist! Total bliss!

    Wasn’t the best service, and the food was cold when I got it. The baked potatoe had too much green onion.. chopped up too big… the bacon hard on it… fruit was not fresh and tasted like onion (obvious they cut onion with the same knife they cut the fruit! Totally disappointed

    First off on a very busy evening when the Restaurant was literally packed - standing room only - we were seated in less than 5 minutes - OUTSTANDING! While our Server (Richard) mentioned he was relatively new to the Restaurant - once again he was OUTSTANDING - he was not only very polite and professional, but most importantly very friendly. My wife had a Margarita which she stated was fabulous. The menu itself is extensive but we simply went with the Salmon and the Filet with side salads. What can I say, but simply OUTSTANDING - once again! There's definitely a reason Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is packed - if you want to enjoy an OUTSTANDING experience you can't go wrong visiting Firebirds!

    We shared the large Aged Ribeye. Very good. I loved my fresh veggies. My fiancé chose a loaded bake potato. The Old Vine Zinfandel was very good.
