First time in and it was very busy. Prom or homecoming night . This did not affect the service or the atmosphere of the evening. Service was great and food done fairly well. One steak out of four that was order rate came out medium. Overall I feel they did. Good job.

I expected better. Screaming babies. Food drowning in butter. Wasn’t what I expected for the price. Much prefer The Keg or Arrowhead Grill.

We stood by the host desk for ten minutes without a single person checking on us. The bartender and manager at the bar made eye contact with us and proceeded to ignore us. We had to call them for anyone to finally make their way to the front of the building. We were sat and ignored for another ten minutes. They bring the drinks, no bread, ignore us for another 10 min. By the time we got our food we had been there for over an hour. There was probably 10 staff members hanging out in the wings laughing and just ignoring the guests. If this was a sub par cheap spot I would say you get what you pay for but when I’m dropping $175 on a family dinner I’d expect better service. Extremely disappointing experience

The main meal was very tasty. I ordered Onion Rings for an appetizer. They were brought to the table about 2 minutes before our meal. The onion rings were barely room temperature. They looked great but were not hot. Also, the music was so loud you could hardly hear our waiter.

One of the steak that was ordered medium came out well done. We sent it back and the next steak that they brought out was cooked correctly, however, it was extremely small. These steaks were Filets and should have been the same size. The manager came over and talked to us but did not offer any sort of compensation for the wrong steak and the wrong size. Even if they had offered a dessert for the table or a few dollars off. But nothing!!! That is definitely a one and done for us. We spent over $180 for dinner and left VERY disappointed.

This is my favorite restaurant. Great food, great service, always consistent and you can talk to each other without all the loud music.
