The food as usual was delicious and the ambience is great for a date night. The drink service was slower than I would have liked, but the waiter was great about keeping us updated.

The service was exceptional! Great dining experience. The food was tasty. Some items were reasonably priced and others I think a bit high, but not unreasonably so. Half price wine on Mondays.

Our overall dining experience was very nice! Manager and wait staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only issue we really had was I made a reservation for 7pm for a group of 10. We were told upon arriving that there was a party of 20 finishing up and then our table would be ready. At 7:45 we were told by the manager that the party of 20 had been there since 4pm. The manager and wait staff ended up making us a new group of tables to sit at and we were finally seating close to 8pm. The group of 20 that had been there when we arrived had started to trickling out and leave as we were seated, but the last few of them finally leaving around 9pm. I understand that they also were celebrating a special occasion, however I feel like there needs to be a better managing of timing of tables reservations. None of this party were eating when we got there at 7pm and according to the manager they were all paid up and leftovers bagged up. The manager was very apologetic and did give us some free appetizers for the long wait. Food and dining experience once seated was awesome!

Firebirds rivals Mortons or Ruth's Chris but is much more affordable. That is why we keep going back.

Waited more than 25 minutes before being seated even though we arrived 5 minutes before the reservation time. Why even take reservations if they are not holding tables and just let people walk in. Food was just OK. Service was poor. Possibly because they are very busy that evening.

We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds last night, despite it being a busy New Year's Eve. Our server Isaac was relaxed and funny and kept us feeling the same and enjoying our time. There were some delays in food and beverage arrival but we expected that due to the holiday and nothing was unmanageable. We were never made to feel rushed, and Isaac and the rest of the staff (Mike specifically) all pitched in to assist each other and keep things moving for all the tables. We all enjoyed our dinners - food was perfectly cooked and arrived hot and tasty. It was a great start to a celebratory night out and a fun way to end the year. Kudos to everyone who worked last night. You made everyone feel welcome and like you were actually happy to be working on New Year's Eve.

Took my family there New Years Eve. It was crowded as expected. There was plenty of wait staff and our waiter checked on us regularly. Service was very good. Food was good as well. Had the tuna appetizer. The seasoning on the seared portion was very flavorful. We had filets and I had the surf and turf. Everything was cooked perfectly. My kids enjoyed the fries. One child had the chicken tenders and they were very crunchy. I would eat here again.

Favorite local place. Lovely decor with the dark wood. Gorgeous bar with colorful lights and fireplace. Comfy booths and great service (but slow—it was New Year’s Eve though); the double black diamond martini is so yummy I had 2! Deviled eggs app and delicious Salmon salad; and the carrot cake was so big I had to take most of it home. Overall a lovely, relaxed pace dining experience.
