This was probably the worst meal we ever had at Firebirds. My husband and I got steak and it was ordered medium. They were VERY well done … like shoe leather. I’ve been to this location many times and have always thoroughly enjoyed it, so we brought family with us. Embarrassing and disappointing. I’m sorry to write a review like this, but this visit was not up to par.

It had to be one of the busiest nights I have ever seen at Firebirds last night. Parking was overflowing, every table was full. Several large parties. And yet... everything ran beautifully and smoothly. I saw several staff members walking among the tables with tablets taking in the status of each table and adjusting accordingly. Our server made sure our little table of 2 was able to get our order in before several large parties so we were served quickly, but without feeling rushed. Everyone was super friendly and positive. What could have been a terrible experience was instead just a delightful dinner with a very vibrant atmosphere. Food was great. Cocktail was great. Service exceptional. Everyone worked as a team. Well done!

Great outdoor dining experience. Everything went according to plan - table, service, food, weather, etc. a good time was had by all.

The food was delicious, a little heavy on the salt for my taste. Make sure you bring a sweater because it is chilly in the restaurant. The chicken tortilla soup is amazing, I highly recommend it.

This visit to Firebirds was outstanding. Our server, Jireh, was exceptional. Good service really makes all the difference as we have had poor service in the past from this location. Great food as well this time! Steaks were absolutely perfect! Prices are a little high but everything is.

Our waiter, Sean, greeted us and took our drinks & food orders. Took him over 30 minutes to bring our drinks, and only after, we had asked Mike about it. Mike was super nice and continued to check in on us for the rest of the night. In the end, Mike was there to say, thank you, and good night to us. Big kudos to Mike! 🌟

Not good. Steak was cold, and another dish we ordered the ribeye but they gave us a serlion. We waited 1 hour for the wrong food AND it was cold. Those are just 2 of 10 complaints. Don't think I'll be back.

Always one of our favorite places. Delicious food, fun cocktails, great ambience and superior service. We were lucky enough to have Ray as our server. Love his energy, positive attitude and fun personality. Great post-brithday celebration for me!
