Every new cup we were given had grime and dirt on the outside. Service was mid and wasn’t as fancy as they portrayed.

Very loud music for valentine’s day. Found hair in my salad and couldn’t eat after that. Ended up sending my entree back as I couldn’t eat after the salad incident.

Our server Valentina was wonderful. The food was delicious as always. It comes out timely - we never feel like we are waiting. Valentina kept our glasses full and was very attentive. It was a great night.

we had a wonderful experience at Firebirds; the food and the service were excellent. It was a busy night (Valentines Day) and yet our server (Valentina) was very attentive to us. We will definitely go back again.

I had the salmon. It was fantastic! The lemonade was fresh and delicious, too.

Our order was taken in a reasonable length of time. It took a longer time than expected to have the food delivered to the table and one order had the wrong meat. They took it back and it took a long time for that person to recieve her dinner. The rest of us were almost done with our food. The check for their dinner had 3 meals on it. The waitress did take the receipt back but that also took a longer than reasonable length of time.

Excellent lunch. Had Grilled Shrimp Strawberry salad which was delicious and husband had Turkey Club, which he said is the best Turkey club in town.
