    Gaithersburg location did not live up to Firebirds at other locations recently... Service was inattentive. Food came out out of order (main course before salads). Food quality was good, but not as good as recent meals.

    Very nice. Good food. Reasonably priced for area. We were there to meet relatives. We were able to take our time to east and converse.

    Excellent service, as usual, and very tasty food, again as usual. Wait staff are available and attentive without being ever present and annoying.

    Our server was spot on. Anticipated our every need and met every expectation! We had the best time. It was a birthday dinner for our friends and every staff member who came by wished her happy birthday. Only one little thing, the bartender brought her a bottle of beer and no glass, we thought that was odd, since we were in the restaurant and not at the bar and it was a group of women. Not enough to mark as a negative, just enough to comment.. always bring a lady a glass. We had brought a cake for our friend and they brought it out ready to serve with the candle and lit it for us. We loved our dinner! My husband I come there frequently, and now have introduced 4 more people to Firebirds and they all loved it as well!

    We went for my husbands birthday. It was 12 of us. The staff was so accommodating.

    The food was delicious and had very generous portions. Unfortunately our server was not personable and really seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was nice, but no personality and no real customer service. The managers - there were 2 of them who were extremely personable, and gave great customer service. They responded to any questions or requests as we couldn’t find our server at times. Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
