Overall good experience, the sound level was acceptable based on a full crowd, however our experience at your Franconia VA store was not as pleasant a few weeks ago. I spoke with manager and mentioned the ladies toilet door was not shutting or locking, the noise level was awful, the food and service were what we expected.

Our server Michael did a great job. Attentive, polite, knowledgeable. He made our dinner experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to him.

Firebirds' normal menu is generally good but not outstanding. However, there specials are always outstanding. My husband and I enjoyed today's special which was a beef tenderloin on mashed potatoes with stew-like accompaniments. It was truly delicious and beautifully served. We had our old favorite warm carrot cake for dessert. Excellent Valentine's Day lunch!

We always love visiting Firebirds. Mainly because the service and food are consistently outstanding!! It was my birthday and our server made sure to recognize it. He also stopped by several times to check on us. My filet mignon was cooked perfect!! Thank you Firebirds in Gainesville, Va!!

It was my Husband’s birthday and it was Perfect. From the food to the service. Thank goodness I made a reservation, Fridays are Lit. We were able to be seated right away, thanks to the reservation. My Husband got an Old Fashion he said it was really good. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant. The menu had nice options, and our food from appetizer to main course flowed perfectly with our conversation. We are definitely going back.
