The server got our order wrong on two accounts. She thought we ordered a particular sauce for the steak which was corrected but she or her help switched the steaks on us. Mine was undercooked and my guest over-cooked. Even after asking for mine to be cooked more, it wasn’t edible. After dinner, my guest realized they gave her my steak. The other food items were fine.

The food, on balance, was adequate. The tortilla soup was awful, the BLT fairly good, but actually had too much bacon. The server was polite, but seemed totally lost. They got the “soup of the day” wrong, correcting it only after I had ordered the “perfect pair,” causing me to try the tortilla soup as a default. They also said there was no sourdough bread, but did correct that before too late. In fairness, I have eaten at Firebirds a number of times and generally have had a better experience, which is why I gave an overall three star rating. And, I will probably give them another chance.

Brice was very attentive and it was super busy! It was extra busy with a local concert bringing in extra business and everything was still wonderful and great!
