    Celebrated my 2 year anniversary w my boyfriend and reserved a seat. We were greeted right away and seated exactly where I requested. Our waitress was very energetic welcoming and congratulatory on our celebration. The food was amazing the taste and everything and we ended w a happy anniversary dessert. The service and food were fantastic.

    Staff is always friendly, and we can always find a tables even when we have a large party. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Overall a great experience!

    Thank you for honoring our request. Your establishment provides 5star services to your customers. Our Colorado Chicken salad was delicious. Meredith was attentive provided exceptional customer service. It was very busy Carlos Santana was performing at Jiffy Lube venue. Meredith checked several times to ensure we were happy with our food and drink. We will come again.

    Nice place BUT...Service was SUPER slow-even after we told waiter we had a show almost 2 hrs. later. Steaks were charred, charges were not right and and error on charging card for a check. Also never delivered dessert that was included with meal we reminded 2x's but had to go. Happy is good-best to do that if your in a hurry and MUCH cheaper.

    We had a later reservation, close to closing, but the experience was wonderful. The waitress made sure we always had plenty of water as my date had told her he was going to need a lot. The food was amazing, the steak cooked perfectly, the fruit was ripe and sweet , and the dessert was decadent.

    I've been to firebirds many times. I have never had service as good as we had last night. Our waiter was outstanding. He was nice, accommodating, and attentive. There were no errors with the food and everything came out super fast. I was so happy with our experience.

    Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is one of our favorite restaurants. The service is always outstanding, the food delicious , the surroundings clean and inviting. Today was a holiday and very busy. We were late to arrive as the plane with our mother was delayed and consequently we were not able to make the reservation time. I called to explain our delay (1h). And they held our table!! Outstanding! Thank you Firebirds.
