    Our server only check on us about 2 times . Than another service after us sitting a while after we was done eating came over to assist us because the original serve we had , didn’t come back to check on us

    Hadn’t been there in several months. The food and service were excellent. Cocktails were amazing. What a great experience!

    Great service as always! I got the sirloin steak that was wrapped in bacon med cooked, it melted in my mouth. Will be heading back soon.

    I was celebrating a birthday and we had a party table which was seated right near the wood fire grill….VERY UNCOMFORTABLE especially on a hot summer day. If you are going to have guests seated that close to the fire, have a better cooling system. My guests were sweating, beads of sweat running from foreheads. The food and service was good. When celebrating a birthday they only give you a candle…no singing, no dessert, the candle is added to the dessert you order and pay for yourself.

    Tonite July 4 the was not as busy as usual. Noise level can be atrocious, but very comfortable tonite. Every part of our visit was prime!!

    The atmosphere was great. My server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed my meal.

    The service from our server (Taylor) was exceptional! Very pleasant and professional. We go to Firebirds frequently because their food and service are always excellent. The fries were awesome - fresh, HOT, and crispy!! But this time, the ribs were a bit dry and cool. It seemed like they had just taken the pre-cooked ribs out of the "walk-in", mopped some BBQ sauce on them, then threw them on the grill and didn't leave them on long enough to get hot. The restaurant wasn't packed, so they could have left them on the grill a bit longer. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit

    We never got our food and decided to leave after an hour of waiting. It took 20 minutes to get our order taken and we waited another 40 minutes but never got our food. When I spoke to the manager he said there were two tickets ahead of ours and that he felt the time we waited was reasonable. I then paid for my drinks and left.
