    We never got our food and decided to leave after an hour of waiting. It took 20 minutes to get our order taken and we waited another 40 minutes but never got our food. When I spoke to the manager he said there were two tickets ahead of ours and that he felt the time we waited was reasonable. I then paid for my drinks and left.

    my drink was incorrect and it took awhile to replace it as with all the other things we asked the waitress for

    Prime ribs were prepared as requested to perfection. The grilled corn was also delicious! Service was perfect and well timed. An Excellent experience!

    Firebirds is my go-to place for excellent meals in the $20 to $50 range. Best steaks in town for $25 to $45. This last visit, the preparation line was extremely busy, and the ball was dropped. My wife and I ordered identical salmon salads. One had twice the fish as the other. The one with the most fish had only a few pecans, and the plate with less fish had about a half cup of almonds. Normally, every plate is checked by a line manager, but this night, only the to go assembly guy was present. The lack of a manager at the receiving side of the counter made an enormous difference

    Bowl of soup is a BIG bowl of soup. Tomato Bisque was delicious. Entre’e salad is a BIG salad. Added chicken to the BLT salad which seemed to be a full breast.

    It was Father’s Day so not surprised it was busy , had reservations finally was seated about 30 mins later , took 45 to an hour to get food. Staff was friendly ! The restaurant just was very loud due to so many people . Waited long periods for refill on drinks but again it was extremely busy , they probably over booked reservations in my opinion.

    I love the place but this is the second my family was sat in the back where the fire grill was going constantly. We were so close to it we could feel the heat. Even thiugh the A/C was on we were got hot and uncomfortable. The place was packed and there was nowhere else to sit.
