The food is always amazing. Our server, Teal… very attentive, went over food preparation and simply amazing as always. My only issue was the hostess told me she didn’t have a place for me and would I mind waiting for a table. I had a reservation, saw there was a booth open in our servers section and the girl said that wasn’t her section. I said I’m not standing here and to seat me…where does she take me…to the booth in Teals section. I’ve never had that experience before and was offended by her ‘white lie’. Not happy about that at all…she had attitude taking me to my table, didn’t say enjoy your meal, nothing. I should’ve reported at the time but decided she wasn’t worth the effort.

excellent service I enjoyed the sirloin with garlic butter and it was delicious, although it wasn’t as tender as I’d hoped Still the best steak I’ve had in a long time

First off my husband and I waited almost 15 minutes before we had anyone take our drink order. I ordered the BLT salad to start, and I ordered the large one because the starter salads are ridiculously small now. The full size BLT salad is also much smaller now too…..also, where in the bacon? Ialways get the age prime rib prepared medium well. The prime rib was sooooo bloody and undercooked, the fat on the meat was still raw. My husband ordered the serloin prepared medium well and it was prepared perfectly. I also ordered the rice pilaf and it was absolutely disgusting. I enjoy eating greens but the pilaf was so incredibly bitter I couldn’t eat it. I tried the pilaf because the last time we had dinner at Firebirds the garlic mashed potatoes were runny and flavorless, and the roasted carrots were large and undercooked. Our waiter kept asking us repeatedly to take the bread away, we asked him to leave it but he kept asking to take the bread, so we finally said fine, please take it. The waiter began panhandling for a tip after we received our entrees and continued until we left and told us thank you for financing his education. The whole exchange was incredibly awkward. My husband and I are always incredibly generous tippers, and we even gave this the obligatory 20 percent, but we were very put off with his behavior. Just before we left I excused myself to go to the ladies room, and thankfully I waited until just before we left to go there because two ladies who work there left the handicapped stall together and did not wash their hands before leaving the restroom. I realized one of the ladies was a waitress as we left the restaurant, and I certainly hope the other lady wasn’t involved with food in any way.

The waiters attention to detail was on point. He never let a drink go dry or let the table run out of water. Every request we had was answered with yes and done immediately. He was evening training a new waitress and it didn’t slow him down at all. Great customer service, should be the boss of the wait staff.

Been a customer at this Firebirds for years and my meal last night was well below every meal I have ever experienced. Ordered the 16oz rib eye and augratin potatoes. The potatoes were brought to the table very undercooked and cold. Also, the steak was well prepared bur dry and tough. This was completly unexpected as we have always had Google experiences.

From the time we walked into eat, the reception, the waitress, and other staff was very responsive. This was the first time we ate the Brunch and Lunch and I can tell you both me and my wife was very surprised just not with the service, but the food was amazing! I got the steak burrito and my wife got the cheese burger and glazed carrots, all of it was excellent. Highly recommend!

Our server Kadie had a smile on her face not only for us, but all her tables. Noise level was on par 👍 Love the black Diamond martini 🍸

We were sat quickly on a busy Saturday night. Our waiter was quick, friendly, accurate, and anticipated our needs without being asked (refills, to-go box, ketchup, etc.) I had the steak which was cooked perfectly and my husband had what he deemed “the best burger he’s ever had.” The prices were fair. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Oh and the BREAD. SO GOOD!
