Chicken tortilla soup was excellent as always. Chicken on sandwich was rubbery even after taking it home & cooking it again. I have problems with the coupon code every time I go, but Jake & the managers were very accommodating. Food is too expensive to be wasting it. Staff is the reason I go back. Salmon & spinach salad is excellent too.

Went there for Father's Day and had a great experience. The salads and tater tots were awesome. So was the steak filet! There was a slight hiccup with one of the entree's, but the server and manager went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. 100% Awesome!! Would definitely go again.

Stereotypical chain restaurant. BIG menu. Good cocktail list and reasonably priced. LOUD in the main dining room. While our server was friendly and attentive, it seemed to take an inordinately long time to get pre meal bread and food. Salads came promptly, but main dish wait was overly long. My pork chop was overdone, but salmon and ribs of my co diners were well prepared.

I made a reservation for Fathers Day. We arrived 5 minutes early and were told to wait “over there.” There is no place to stand so we were in everyone’s way. We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time. The service was extremely slow. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our steaks to come out. My husbands steak was very overcooked. We had to flag down another server to report it. Once we did that, we had full attention. The manager came over and had another steak right over, he comped the steak and threw in dessert. The steaks were quite good. Everything costs extra so the bill was quite high.

The steaks were just ok, not great. The mashed potatoes were meh. The service was decent but not great. When we first arrived (Sunday around 4:00, Father's Day) it was very noisy inside and hard to hold a normal conversation. We were in a room with a couple of large parties. As they left, the noise level became more reasonable. I don't know if this is normal as I've never been to Firebirds before. For the money we paid, probably won't go back voluntarily, but wouldn't avoid if invited by someone else.

The food was great, but we had a reservation for a large party and they did not have a table ready for us. They ended up pushing tables together right in the front, but for making a reservation more than a month in advance I was disappointed in the seating.

The wait staff was excellent. The food was left wanting at best. Brunch maybe should not be something they advertise. Usually when a restaurant offers a brunch menu, most of the menu items are quite good. This was not the case this past Sunday. (To be fair it was Fathers Day that we had brunch). I ordered the Brunch Burger, it was dry even though it was ordered as med-rare, the vegetable medley was recommended by the server when I asked for alternatives to the standard fries. The vegetable medley was overly seasoned with burnt garlic and was quite bitter. My wife ordered the salmon Benedict, also on the brunch menu, the poached egg was overcooked and yet still cold in the center. Unfortunately for this dish the best thing on the plate were the home fries. Another guest ordered the baked French toast, this came out without any maple syrup. In retrospect we probably should sent back all of these dishes, however the conversation was good and we kept ourselves entertained. Again the server was excellent, I just am surprised that overall the food was so uninspired.
