Food was delicious. Was sat 35 minutes after our reservation time.

Even though we had a reservation for lunch on a Thursday we had to wait 20 Minutes. The hostess comped an appetizer which was very nice of them. Food was very good and fun atmosphere. Definitely will go back.

Great salmon, burgers, chicken tortilla soup, salads, fish tacos, etc. Great service too!

This is my third time at this restaurant location. They got it right on all accounts! We had a reservation and was seated almost immediately. The waitstaff was professional, attentive and efficient. The food was really good. We brought friends there and they loved it. I can now say with confidence that I will be returning often.

Food took a long time to come to table. My filet mignon was lukewarm at best. It must have sat a long while waiting for my 5 other friend’s meals.

Seems the manager didn't have time to come talk, I have to leave a message here. Firebirds is one of my favorite chain steak restaurants and I am excited to see one in my hometown. So it's upsetting to have to leave a negative review. I arrived 5 mins before my reservation time. Checked in for 2 people and notice only 1 table available. I was told I needed to wait for a table to open. No problems. 20mins later, I was told my table was ready. It was the same table that was open since I arrived. It was a very small 2 seater in a high traffic area. I ask for a different table and I was willing to wait. I was told this was my table and no other tables would be available. I asked to speak with a manager, when the hostess return, she said the manager was too busy. Due to the time of night, I had to settle for Mexican. Not what I wanted but only restaurant open. I'm sure this issue is due to being new. I would hate to think it's poor management. I guess Rae Rd location will continue to get my business.

Apps were delicious, we had the bacon deviled eggs! However, I can not recommend the stake. Meat was not tender, especially for being dry aged for "21 days". Meat was not cooked correctly. Sides were good but 1 of 2 were warm at best
