The place has wonderful food!! Its staff is friendly. Ok. Here’s the bad. It is so noisy (acoustics) that you can’t hear others around you with out raising your voice. Difficult to hear the servers. Drinks from the bar took about 30 minutes as they were really busy. Our first table was by the reservation desk, even though we had made a reservation weeks in advance for our anniversary we moved to more of booth. Food was out quickly so no time to enjoy the cocktail prior to the food being delivered. I would recommend to get a table outside and to order your cocktail when you first sit down as we did and don’t order until you’re ready to eat our server was really really good, but again it’s all about timing overall we enjoy going there, but it’s not the same as the one at South Park or the one at Rae Rd. I’m sure as the restaurant gets seasoned it’ll be perfect. Just need to work on the acoustics. It is way too loud. My ears were ringing when we left.

Service slow tonight but very busy restaurant. Hopefully better experience next time .

Portions are very large, side salad was like a meal. Food was good and the service was very fast and efficient.

The grillled salmon was wonderful. The noise level is rather loud..maybe some form of buffering material would help.

This was our first time to this location. The chicken tortilla soup and blt salad was perfect. Our server went above and beyond. We will definitely be back here! So glad to have a great restaurant in Fort Mill!

Food was great. Servers were attentive. Timeliness of items from bar and kitchen needs work. Waiting 20+ minutes for a round of drinks seems excessive. Having one entree arrive 5-10 minutes before the others shouldn't happen. We enjoy going here but think it still has some new business bugs to work through.

Wait staff was extremely slow. Food arrived 45 minutes after order was placed.. they refuse to honor their $10 coupon although the coupon did not have an expiration date printed on the coupon or on the email they sent to me. Extremely noisy making it impossible to have a conversation with my friends.

Just ok. Came to celebrate our Anniversary. Food didn’t have much flavor. Parmesan mashed potatoes were like instant potatoes. No alcohol in the lemon drop martini. Not worth the $11.50. Dropped $200 on a very average meal. We won’t be back.

We have been to firebirds locations in Virginia and remembered enjoying the restaurant. Well, our experience at this new location far exceeded our expectations. The food was really good. What we would expect at a higher price point. Same with the drinks. We had the deviled eggs, tomahawk pork chop and NY Strip. We will be back very soon. loved it.
