I was looking forward to dining at Firebirds and took my daughter and son in law to lunch. We were happy to see such a diverse menu and each of us found something we liked to eat. I am sorry, I do not recall the name of our waiter, but he was genial and informed and provided excellent service. If I could change one thing, it would be the noise level which I feel was beyond "energetic." My daughter has hearing issues, and conversation was a bit challenging. I will most certainly return for another meal at firebirds.

Great service. Food was delicious. Had the grilled chicken salad. Will be going back.

We went to celebrate Veterans Day. Amber took great care of us. We are longtime patrons at Stonecrest, but are very happy to come to Fort Mill location. It’s cozy and has a nice neighborhood vibe.

First, thank you Firebirds for recognizing and supporting Veterans! We only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our waitress Olivia was excellent-she gave great recommendations on food choices and was very attentive to us. The food was outstanding! We were seated next to the kitchen on a very busy evening so there was a little extra noise. We will be back!

Our meals were delicious with generous portions. Even though the restaurant was very busy, we were seated before our reservation time and the service was excellent. We appreciate their kind Veterans' Day offer. We'll definitely be back!

FIREBIRDS IS A REAL STEP UP FOR DINING IN THE ENTIRE FORT MILL AREA. THE MANAGEMENT IS TOP NOTCH. (JEFF, BRE& MICHELLE TO NAME A FEW). ALSO THE SERVERS ARE WELL TRAINED AND WONDERFUL! SERVERS SUCH AS GRACIE AND HOSTES SUCH AS ARIEL ARE THE BEST REPRESENTIVES OF THE STAFF. MANY OTHERS AS WELL ARE THE BEST. THE HAPPY HOUR IS THE BEST AROUND ALSO.

Everything about our experience was great. It was Veterans’s Day so it was especially nice to honor the Vietnam veteran (my husband) in our family. We especially appreciated being seated in the back due to hearing issues as we had requested. This was our 2nd time at the Fort Mill location. Both times were great.

It was quite a busy night because of the Veterans special. Kate, our server was wonderful. She was very attentive and friendly in spite of how busy she was. Our reservation was for 5 pm and we were seated promptly. My husband ordered the salmon and I ordered the ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection and the potatoes augratin were to die for. We had to wait a little longer for our meal but that was understandable because of the crowd. We definitely will be back.

First visit at this location. Made a 3:45pm reservation and it was very crowded. Look forward to trying it out another day at a less busy time.

Service and prompt and friendly. I had the filet and shrimp. It was cooked perfectly, though the shrimps were small and not that tasteful. I would not order that again. Their baked potato is always the best! Looking forward to a return visit.
