    1st server Gabby was extremely rude and pushy. I asked for a different server and Damon then was our server. He was absolutely Awesome!! He made our birthday dining experience wonderful!! He was polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We will be back and will request him for our server. Thank you !! We spoke to the manager to let him know what a fantastic job Damon did. The food was great as well.

    Staff was friendly, very helpful. Food was amazing and large portions. The blt salad was really impressive and will be something we return for, the steak was cooked to perfection and the honey hot sandwich actually had heat!

    Service was incredible, everyone’s food was cooked perfectly as ordered. Always had a full drink without asking for another.

    Server was great. He was on point of when to come by and when to give us our privacy. The meal was prepared to perfection and was quality ingredients. My wife and I have our anniversary dinner every year with firebirds!

    I had the prime rib special with the lobster tail. The prime rib itself was great but it is over seasoned so it was hard to taste anything but the seasoning. The lobster tail was pretty charged and over cooked. It was our anniversary so I wasn't going to complain. I'm unlikely to get the same thing if I go back.

    Have dined here frequently. Very consistent food and service. It’s a little bright in some seating locations. The spotlights in the ceiling shine straight done on you, making you feel like you’re on stage. Noticed it more than once when seated in a booth against the wall. Would love to see softer lighting.

    It was our first time dining there. My husband got the babyback ribs. I ordered the prime rib. We both enjoyed our meal. The prime rib was one of the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly. Our server was Kiera, she was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon!
