    Took husband there for Father’s Day for his favorite Prime Rib. He said Firebirds never disappoints! Very Good! I had the filet 3 course meal and also excellent! Very good service, also! Thanks again!

    Food was excellent as always. Server was pleasant . Seated quickly. Food came out all together and hot. Steaks were cooked to temperature desired as well.

    Ordered a medium black & blue filet, came out as a blackened bacon wrapped filet, was extremely rare. They rectified by broiling a bit longer but the cut was full of Gristle as well. I’ve had better in past, otherwise no complaints.

    The host could be more welcoming, no eye contact and greetings, rude. Waiter took some time to stop by, but he was pleasant and attentive. The starter ordered came almost along with the main food. Food quality was moderate.
