Had requested patio when making reservations. Upon arriving several patio tables were open but we were told they could not be used. Service was slow even though restaurant wasn’t crowded. Server didn’t have a good knowledge of menu. Steak had to be returned, not cooked to proper temperature. For a $39.95 meal it was average at best.

Our food was quite good and our server was attentive without ever being intrusive. The baked potato was especially flavorful.

The ribs here are fantastic! The sauce and the crispness on the ribs is wonderful and the meat itself is so tender. I've had their steak, salmon, and burgers and top notch too. I love being part of their Inner Circle club and the special offers they send make visiting well worth it. Our server, Simone, couldn't have been kinder and attentive to us. Always an excellent experience!

I have to admit everything was pretty good. That being said, there seemed to be a big rush that evening and we believe that our food came out a little fast and therefore it wasn't cooked exactly how we like it!. Regardless, every other aspect of our meal and our time in the restaurant was flawless of the waiter and the engagement with the manager. Every aspect of it was perfect. Sometimes your meal doesn't always come out right, but it's really about the engagement the moment the event and we loved it!

We didn’t enjoy the food like the other times we’ve been there. We received the first meal, but they didn’t even gave us silverware so we sat there and waited like idiots watching the food… Also, I don’t like when they give us the check while we are still eating. what is the rush for God sake. This happens all the time in this restaurant.

Great service and quickly said yes to the request of a club sandwich which used to be on the menu but is no longer.
