Thank you Firebirds for supporting out Veterans! The food was great as always and while it was a little noisier than normal, it was wonderful to see all the brave men and women who served for our country having a good time!

Sean, our server, was phenomenal. Excellent food. Special attention to my meal (celiac disease). My Army-veteran-husband’s meal was free for Veteran’s Day. Much appreciated!

Attractive restaurant but very loud. Waiter was very nice. However we did not get our initial cocktails until we had finished our salads! The main courses came out at different times. Every about the meal had no flow. Probably will not return unfortunately.

We had a reservation but if we wanted a booth it might be a considerable wait, took the table instead of waiting longing. Past 2 empty booths?? Wait staff great. My wife’s steak was very much over cooked but wouldn’t send it back. Not tasty and only ate about half. Overpriced compared to true steak houses. Don’t recommend for a steak.

I have always had a very good experience at this particular Firebirds location. Service & food were outstanding. I highly recommend this location.

We were seated as we arrived, no server for ten minutes, he stated he didn’t know he had our table. After that service went ALL the way down hill . It took 15 minutes to get a drink from bar, even though we watched others get served around us , server said it was backed up, our appetizer took a while to come out, and finally when our entire came out after 30 minutes we were over it, I was given the wrong meal, server started he didn’t know why ?!? We asked for to go boxes , because we were over the terrible service. To top it off , it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and we chose here for dinner. Never again 👎🏾

I had the seabass and my friend had a rib eye. We left nothing on our plates. We also had a brownie to celebrate her birthday. We ate all of that too. I think it’s supposed to be rude to clean your plate, but compliments to the chef.

I waited for 20 minutes past my reservation time and when we got to our table it hadn't been cleared so now we're waiting for 5 more minutes for someone to clear it just to have an ok steak that is set at steakhouse prices with nothing close to a steakhouse. Overall terrible wait times and a steakhouse staff in sweatpants that can't keep a schedule.
