    Waitress was great. We didn't wait long for the food to come even though the place was crowded.

    Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our waitress, Arica, was very attentive and consistent. The food was great and quick. Definitely worth the price! The scenery was beautiful.

    It was a long wait for food. My friends Steak Benedict was undercooked. She asked for well. The Crab cakes with eggs were not “jumbo”. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. A bit pricey for the amount of food. They seemed to be short staffed.

    Service was a bit slow. Took a long time for a waitress to come say hello and get our drinks. Food was amazing. Had reservations for 8pm when we arrived at 7:45 we were told they were behind on reservations so we had to wait anyway.

    Overrated. Terrible service. Plates all left on table when she delivered the check. Empty drinks and she walked right by without asking if we wanted a second drink. Ribeye was so thin it’s like they sliced it in half so it was well done when my husband asked for medium. Vegetables were half overcooked and half raw. Soup was lukewarm. Overall, really disappointed. Even if they are understaffed they clearly don’t care about quality food and service.

    Our server was attentive but not overly so. She was patient with the couple we were with who cannot hear very well or make up their minds. We can always count on Firebirds for a consistently good meal. Good place. We love how they treat veterans in November on Veterans Day of which my husband is one. My steak was perfect. Salad delicious and honestly the broccoli doesn't taste this good when i make it at home. One of our favorite places.

    Nothing to write home about. Food was ok, borderline bland. Excellent server. Waited 15 minutes over reservation time.
